It was surely a pleasant evening as we strolled along the beach. I was reminded of how long it has been since I last felt the sand beneath my feet and watched the waves crash softly in. It felt good, and it felt so right. And as the sun slowly descents and casts a warm golden glow - it was indeed a picture perfect moment :)

Here is a rare 'vain shot' of myself - taken by my cousin. I have reminded myself to be in front of the lens more often than behind it, because I felt that my youth will soon fade away so it's best that I have more photographs of myself to 'immortalize' my youth. LOL! (... and I mean those actual ones without having my face half covered by the camera)
But little did I realize that I actually feel very awkward in front of the camera - so I look as plastic-stiff as Barbie in most of my pictures. Sigh*. Needless to say, there are not many shots to salvage from this evening but it was worth the try.

My cousin however, was absolutely a natural with the camera - she loves it and the camera loves her and I love photographing her <3 It was rather tiring for the both of us as we walked quite a distance along the coastline - while striking some poses here and there. It is those silly things that cousins and girlfriends do with each other :P

Being at the beach has been very much a part of me after 3 years spent in Terengganu. I loved everything about it - not just the breathtaking view or the sound of the lapping waves; but for the very fact that it somehow make me feel at home. I will surely miss the beach. Some of you must be wondering why. Well, you will find out soon in my next post.
Have a nice week everyone...!
